Ares Group have acquired the assets of Millars Transport & Logistics Pty Ltd (Millars Transport).
Millars Transport provides general freight solutions to customers on the east coast of Australia, servicing the agricultural, industrial and manufacturing sectors. The Millars fleet consists of modern Kenworth prime movers and versatile B-Double sets with NHVAS Mass Management accreditation.
The acquisition of Millars Transport will add another dimension to Ares Group’s capabilities, allowing us to transport a greater variety of cargo as well as expanding our reach to new industries and customers. Millars Transport will also benefit from greater utilisation of their existing assets and access to Ares Group’s heavy haulage capabilities for larger moves.
