Ares Group acquired Millars Transport to supplement our fleet of specialised trucks and trailers with Millars’ flexible general transport assets, including B-Double sets and modern prime movers.

We expect the two companies to complement each other perfectly, with Ares able to offer additional heavy haulage capabilities to Millars’ existing customers, whilst Millars assets can be utilised to assist on Ares project work when required.

It is an exciting merger and we look forward to expanding our offerings to our customers!
