The Warradarge Wind Farm consisted of 81 Vestas V136 3.6MW wind turbines, across two stages in Western Australia. ARES transported all wind turbine components 340km from the Port of Henderson to site, using specialised OSOM delivery, detailed route planning, custom loading solutions and a strong commitment to safe execution.

At the Warradarge Wind Farm project stage 2, ARES delivered custom loading and offloading solutions using our in-house engineered 250T Jacking System .
This hydraulic jack-and-skate solution enabled the safe lifting, positioning, and transfer of heavy wind turbine components with precision and control, significantly improving efficiency across port and site operations.
By streamlining the process, ARES achieved up to 5x faster loading and offloading times compared to conventional methods, reducing downtime and increasing delivery throughput for the Warradarge wind turbine logistics program.
Built for large-scale renewable energy projects, our heavy haulage and turbine handling systems improve safety, speed, and reliability across complex wind farm transport operations in Australia.
